New Company Re-domiciliation Regime in Hong Kong Takes Effect May 23, 2025

With effect from 23 May 2025, Hong Kong has passed a new law of a new Company re-domiciliation regime to Hong Kong. The purpose is to facilitate non-Hong Kong incorporated companies to re-domicile to Hong Kong. For details of this new regime, please refer to the attached government guideline.
